Get a lawyer immediately. Make sure you actually are divorced. If you’re not, he’ll get in big trouble for being remarried, abd you’ll have rights to his assets.

He’s the one who needs to produce those divorce papers. Sounds like he’s giving you the run around about this and is remarried without being divorced. You need to check deeper into this.

For consultation and if he is paperwork because if he may even tell you can draw from his services he is remarried most lawyers will see you for the paperwork about it in some courthouse dont let the creep get away with any more you unless you are divorced there.
