If my name is still on a house deed registered with the county, is it still partly mine, despite divorce?

My ex re-financed the house a number of years ago, yet according to county records, my name is still on the deed. I didn’t want the house at the time of the divorce as I couldn’t afford to pay for it. He could afford it, so there was no arguing during the divorce settlement over the property. If my name was never taken off the deed, though, doesn’t that make the house still half mine?
