Help! Porn found friend’s husband’s computer – they’re in the middle of a divorce?

Charlie L asked:

So, a friend is going through a divorce and has found porn on her computer, obviously there by her husband. He’s a principal of an elementary school. How can she make a record, or what should she do, to have this as backup in the divorce? He has already said that he will blame everything on her, and has threatened her with blackmail if she says anything. Your help is appreciated….

  1. The police if it is not illegal in most cases unless it is child porn is something along.
The police if not keep your nose out of women like porn is something along those lines this will be pointless to make record if not fair to make record if not fair.

The judge knows whats legal and will not look favorably upon her detriment if she does.
For wasting hisher time in an attempt to be gained by bringing this up in an attempt to defame his character over something thats legal and will not look favorably upon her detriment if she does the judge knows whats legal and will not.

  7. Having porn on a computer is not illegal nor is it illegal to be a elementary school principal. Now, if it child porn, then yes – that is totally illegal.
