OH ALMOST FORGOT… IN COBB COUNTY GEORGIA THEY WILL NOT LET YOU HAVE YOUR NAME CHANGED BACK DURING THE DIVORCE YOU HAVE TO WAIT TIL ITS FINAL. THANKS

yes, as your legal name is now your married name, (you can make this name change a stipulation of your divorce to avoid additional court costs and filings), however, you do not have to submit copies to any entity that still recognizes you by your pre-marriage(maiden?) name
