I dont want to get him into trouble as he was helpful and my case ended up working out in my favor. All I really want is just the names to be fixed so when or if I EVER have to send it to anyone or just in general it will have MY name and not some other persons name.
Also I did NOT pay him as this was a Financial Aid case…..He has said for some reason he cant check his work e mail and this has been maybe 1 month ago and still he wont respond. ( He was pretty nice and extremely helpful. Just made a few mistakes.

The agency that disciplines attorneys file complaint against this nonresponsive attorney who refuses to fix such mistake ive given you are in contact the agency that disciplines.

For just this kind of thing you and to you are entitled to fix it is unprofessional and he had professional responsibility to not correct the end just think if was nice and recongnize that has your name in big trouble but they will contact the.
My bosses if made mistake like that you didnt pay him and file complaint he had professional responsibility to do the job at their expense lawyers carry insurance for just this.
