Does anyone know if I can somehow Permanently divorce my mother in law and get a restraining order from her as well? I need both. She admitted 2nite that she has been trying to get my husband and I divorced. She also lied saying that I told her family that my husband is not our daughters father. NOT TRUE I CALLED She also lied to my husband telling him that I call my sons father in front of her and that he is my boyfriend. I told her we will check the phone records to prove she is lying and she got quiet. She also admitted she hates my son (from a previous relationship). I just can’t take it. It hurts that I have told my husband for the last 1 1/2 years that she is trying to break us up. He kept saying that I am crazy. She admitted it to me in front of him. Then she told me he tells her he married me out of spite and he doesn’t love me. Yes she said this infront of him and told him to tell me the truth. He told her she was lying. HELP!!!
