where I can find or buy Praecipe To Transmit Record form for the state of PA I need this for my divorce t?

a Praecipe to transmit form? I have filled out my own
divorce papers and submitted them with payment but
have been informed they will not go before the Judge
until I submit the Praecipe To Transmit Record form for Western wayne PA
this did not come with the kit I used to draw up my
divorce papers and I can not find the form any place.
Please advise, any assistance in this matter will be
gratefully appreciated

Infidelity-Did divorce make your life better? Any regrets?

About a year and a half ago my husband came home from work late, told me he wasnt in love with me anymore and wanted a divorce, I told him he wasnt trapped and he could leave if he wasnt happy. Then he got a bag of things and left. I was 8 months pregnant. He was gone for 4 months in which he had an affair.

I did not know about the affair and asked him to attend marriage counceling while his affair was going on. He did go with me but lied about being involved with anyone when our counceler asked him. I allowed him to move back in, the affair still unknown. Later I found cell phone records, he was still contacting her. We have since moved states, no more contact.

Despite my pain. I decided to give the marriage some time. I read stories that sometimes affairs made marriages stronger. But over one year later, I am very unhappy. Every time I need something from him for my recovery it is like pulling teeth. He says I am demanding and that he doesent want to argue.

Husband threatening divorce. Advice?

My husband has been very irresponsible with money lately, spending almost $400 on music related items within days. The credit card is nearly maxed, so I took it and put it away until he can pay it off. He gets paid on Thursday so I planned to give it back Thursday morning when I know he can pay it off.

Normally, something like this wouldn’t concern me so much, but his dad is arriving on Friday and we have to pay $225 for a mattress for him to sleep on, and I’m due in 2 1/2 weeks with our second child, so you can see where my concern about his spending is coming from.

I feel very sad to say that I do not trust my own husband not to spend money or to keep his word. I really wish I could say that, but I can’t. Two days ago he waltzed into the bedroom at 10pm and announced he had spent $200 (before taxes, shipping and exchange rates) on vinyl records, just days after he spent $150 on two other vinyl records. He said it was okay because he wouldn’t be spending anymore money on music related things until after Christmas. I knew I couldn’t trust him, and I was right, because he turned around and bought some music tonight.

Well, he discovered his credit card was missing. I told him I have it, it is in our bedroom and he can have it back on Thursday morning when he can pay it off. It is $100 away from maxed out. This apparently isn’t good enough for him, as he began sulking, throwing a fit, started a huge fight and is now threatening divorce, claiming he’ll be in contact with lawyers in the morning if I don’t give the credit card back tonight.

He says he can no longer trust me. He has also called me a neglectful mother (we have a 20 month old daughter), an untrustworthy wife, and now I’m apparently a thief and I’m cheating on him (which I am not, never have and never would).

I love him, and I took his card to protect our family and make sure that we have that money available for emergencies only, but now he wants to leave me and get a divorce. He’s already walked out on us twice since yesterday.

I don’t know what to do. Any advice?
Short, yes I am sure he is not bi-polar.

As for calling a lawyer, I can’t and won’t do that. I made a vow and I love him. I fight for my marriage, even if it means another round of counselling for us.

I did ask this question and was told it was an invasion of privacy. I had no idea, because I believe you can get this info from the court house for a fee of course. CLEARWATER, Fla. (AP) Linda Hogan has filed for divorce from her wrestler husband Hulk Hogan, a newspaper reported Friday.

Hulk Hogan, whose real name is Terry Bollea, told the St. Petersburg Times that he had no idea his wife had filed for divorce. He was informed by a reporter that Pinellas County court records showed that the paperwork was submitted Tuesday.

“Thank you for the great information,” he told the reporter.

That’s an absolute worse case scenario to learn that your wife has filed for divorce but to find out via the media and not from your wife?

For the people who are saying who cares just imagine if the shoe were on the other foot? ( o _ 0 ) Would you be so quick to say “Oh who cares?” I think not. I think you’d be distraught or maybe even happy depending upon how much you loved your spouse.

Does anyone know if I can somehow Permanently divorce my mother in law and get a restraining order from her as well? I need both. She admitted 2nite that she has been trying to get my husband and I divorced. She also lied saying that I told her family that my husband is not our daughters father. NOT TRUE I CALLED She also lied to my husband telling him that I call my sons father in front of her and that he is my boyfriend. I told her we will check the phone records to prove she is lying and she got quiet. She also admitted she hates my son (from a previous relationship). I just can’t take it. It hurts that I have told my husband for the last 1 1/2 years that she is trying to break us up. He kept saying that I am crazy. She admitted it to me in front of him. Then she told me he tells her he married me out of spite and he doesn’t love me. Yes she said this infront of him and told him to tell me the truth. He told her she was lying. HELP!!!

She asked him for the amount of capital gains in the jointly owned stocks and other assets sold, so that she could pay her fair share of taxes. He took all of the paper records, and she does not have all of the account numbers. His unsatisfactory response was, “Go to hell.” He is withholding information she needs to complex her 1040 return, so my sister filed for an extension. What can she do (legally) to get the information she needs to file her taxes? Who should pay the tax penalty if any?

Divorce Papers Error, What Now?

Ok my attorney put in the wrong name (instead of mine) about 3 times. I was wondering what can be done to correct this so records will show MY name instead of this other persons name. I have had to copy my divorce decree in to the Attorney General and it is a bit embarrassing to be sending in documents that have an error in them. What do I do now to correct this? Please Help! FYI I have tried to contact my attorney yet he will not respond. Its getting a bit frustrating and I am guessing that now because the divorce is done that he is just wanting to move on and not too interested in helping me anymore. :o ( It sucks I know but what do I do NOW that all of this is done…
I dont want to get him into trouble as he was helpful and my case ended up working out in my favor. All I really want is just the names to be fixed so when or if I EVER have to send it to anyone or just in general it will have MY name and not some other persons name.
Also I did NOT pay him as this was a Financial Aid case…..He has said for some reason he cant check his work e mail and this has been maybe 1 month ago and still he wont respond. :o ( He was pretty nice and extremely helpful. Just made a few mistakes.
